Snake print has legitimately been EVERYWHERE this year and I am obsessed with it. I actually had a few snake print items from some years back in my wardrobe that made a comeback. I love that animal/reptile prints are trendy right now because even though it is a trend, these types of prints never really go out of style. I think it is a safe bet that if you are still buying animal/reptile for your spring and summer style that they will still be appropriate a few summers from now. Snake print is probably one of the more chic of the animal/reptile prints. It has a way of making an outfit look really edgy and expensive. It’s def one of my favs!
Here are my tips for wearing snake print:
1) I consider animal/reptile prints like a neutral. If you don’t want to go overboard with a full printed look you can add a snake print shoe or bag to a simple dress or even jeans for just a tiny pop of edge.
2) Step out of the box and explore different colors. I do not know about you, but I have never seen a neon green or teal snake IRL! Either way, colorful snake print looks gorgeous on, so let’s just go with it.
3) If you are daring, go bold with a complete head-to-toe print. I am talking shirt, pants, shoes, bag… the whole thing. Carry your head up high and walk with confidence. (This is always!) You will look editorial and chic and everyone will love it. I promise.
